1. Digital Products (e.g., Templates, Bundles, Online Content)
- Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- Once the digital content has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Services (e.g., Marketing, Funnel Setup, Automation)
- Service payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If you cancel a service before work has commenced, you may request a full refund.
- For partially completed work, refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis, depending on work already delivered.
3. Subscriptions (if applicable)
- You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting support.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
